All orders are shipped exclusively within the United Kingdom, and shipping applies to all products available in our store.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 19:00 (GMT-1), Monday to Friday, will be processed according to the handling times stated below. Orders received after the daily cut-off time will be processed the next business day. Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays.

Handling Time

All orders require 2 to 4 business days for handling and preparation before dispatch. Handling is carried out from Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Transit Time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 4 to 12 business days. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, and courier services do not operate on weekends or UK public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Taking into account both handling and transit times, customers can expect their orders to be delivered within 6 to 16 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Cost

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. No additional delivery charges apply.

Currency

All shipping and order-related costs are calculated in GBP. If you choose to pay using another currency, please be aware that your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or transaction fees beyond our control.
