At Marivetta, we value our customers and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms below, which comply with applicable consumer protection laws in the United Kingdom.

Returns

We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new condition and returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that items showing signs of wear, damage, or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product will not qualify for a return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we are happy to assist. Exchanges are accepted provided the product is returned in its original new condition within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is processed, we will ship out your requested exchange at no additional cost.

Return Process

All returns and exchanges are handled by mail. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@marivetta.com. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label that you can download and print.

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping is free of charge. Marivetta bears the cost of all return labels.

Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. You will also receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed.

All refunds are issued in GBP. If your payment was made in another currency, please note that your financial institution may apply exchange rates or additional transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
