1. Where does Mirevielle ship?
Mirevielle currently ships orders within the United States only.
Orders with delivery addresses outside the United States cannot currently be accepted. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.
Mirevielle provides free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. No standard shipping charge will be added at checkout.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are subject to the following processing and delivery timeframes:
- Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM (GMT-5), Monday – Friday
- Handling time: 2–4 business days
- Transit time: 4–12 business days
- Estimated delivery time: 6–16 business days after the order enters processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT-5) on a business day will begin processing according to the published handling timeframe.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT-5), on a Saturday, Sunday, or United States public holiday will begin processing on the next available business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and United States public holidays.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, and other circumstances outside Mirevielle’s direct control may affect delivery times.

4. Can I return an item?
Yes. Mirevielle accepts eligible returns for both defective and non-defective products.
A return request must be submitted within 30 days of the product’s delivery date.
Except where the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the returned item must be in new condition and must not show signs of wear, customer-caused damage, alteration, or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
All returns require prior approval. Customers should not send products back before receiving:
- Return approval
- Return instructions
- A prepaid return shipping label
Products sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.
5. How do I start a return?

After reviewing the request, Mirevielle will provide return instructions if the return is approved.
For an approved return, Mirevielle will provide a prepaid return shipping label that can be downloaded and printed.

- Wait for Mirevielle to review and approve the request.
- Download and print the prepaid return shipping label.
- Attach the label securely to the return package.
- Ship the item according to the instructions provided.
- Allow Mirevielle to receive and inspect the returned product.
- Receive the applicable refund or exchange after approval.
Mirevielle covers the cost of the approved return shipping label. There is no charge to the customer for an approved return label.
6. When will I receive my refund?
After an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, Mirevielle will process the refund within 14 days.
Refunds are issued:
- To the original payment method
- In United States dollars (USD)
A confirmation email will be sent after the refund has been processed.
After Mirevielle submits the refund, your bank, card issuer, digital-wallet provider, or payment service may require additional time to display the funds in your account. Processing times imposed by financial institutions are outside Mirevielle’s control.
Mirevielle does not charge a restocking fee for an approved return.
7. Can I exchange a product?
Yes. Eligible products may be requested for exchange within 30 days of delivery.
All exchanges are subject to:

- The condition of the returned product
- Inspection after the product is received
For an approved exchange, Mirevielle provides a prepaid downloadable and printable return shipping label at no cost to the customer.
There is no restocking fee or additional exchange shipping charge for an approved exchange.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, Mirevielle may arrange a refund according to the Return & Refund Policy. If an exchange involves a product with a different price, any applicable price difference will be explained before the exchange is approved.
